Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We process all of our payments through PayPal, which provides a safe and secure payment service.

Q: What if I don't have a PayPal account?

A: You don't need to have a PayPal account to pay with PayPal. You can also use your credit card. During checkout, on the payment details page, click the "Complete Order" button. A PayPal window will appear. Here you can choose to log in with a PayPal account or to simply use your credit or debit card to complete the payment.

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: We ship worldwide.

Q: When do I get it?

A: We don't believe in giving out old stock, so we make a brand new item for each order. It takes 2-7 business days to make, with most orders being made in 3 or less business days.

After we've made your item, we'll ship it to your address. USA residents can expect their shipping to take 3-8 business days while shipping for the rest of the world takes 10-20 business days.

Q: What will shipping cost me?

A: Shipping fees are calculated during checkout and are based on order weight and destination. It's usually only a few dollars, and adding more items to an order works out much cheaper than ordering separately. After you've entered your address during checkout, you'll be able to see the available shipping methods and costs.

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country which you will be responsible for. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes! We'll send you a tracking link as soon as your order is with the shipping service.

Q: What shipping services do you use?

A: We use FedEx and USPS. We decide on which service we will use depending on the package weight and shipping address.

Q: How do I know if it will fit?

A: Have a look at our sizing chart.

Q: What if I'm not happy with the product?

A: If you're not 100% happy with the product that you received, contact us or send us an email at info@sobertrend.com and we'll happily refund or replace it. The choice is yours.

Please tell us exactly what's wrong and include a photo if possible. Returns need to be submitted 7 days after the product has been received. See our returns policy for more details.
